TURNAROUND TIME:

TAT for shirts are 15-20 business days. TAT for drops are 25-28 business days, unless stated otherwise!

How do I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, please message our Facebook page (Maci Rae Boutique) or email maciraeboutique@gmail.com.

 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds after an order is placed. If an item is defective upon delivery please send a photo of any defect to maciraeboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Once the order is dropped off with the post office it is out of our hands. All packages have a tracking number that will be emailed to you. If the package is stuck or not moving please call the post office.
